Acorn Services include In-service Training, Equipment Repair and Customer Analysis.In-service Training
After the sale is when the training begins. If you support one of Acorn’s lines of cleaning chemicals or equipment, we will be there to train you and your staff. Acorn can provide in-service training on: restroom sanitation, Right–to-Know, reducing cross contamination, hard floor care, carpet care and stone care training. Acorn is a member of the International Sanitary Supply Association and uses these resources and our experience to find solutions for the most difficult maintenance and cleaning problems.
 
Equipment Repair
Acorn repairs all types of janitorial equipment from a number of well-known manufacturers, and inventories a broad variety of parts to help eliminate unnecessary down time. We offer free pick-up and delivery along with reduced rates for equipment repaired at our facility. Acorn Distributors also offers a completely stocked service van that will come to your facility to service/repair your equipment onsite.
 
Customer Analysis
To help you keep a close eye on your budget and make the most economical purchasing decisions, Acorn provides customers our online customer purchase analysis tool. This allows you to analyze and review your purchasing history with Acorn – a free service to every customer. You can review your purchases by your business location, sales group, sales category, product and purchase date.
 
To monitor your spending, this tool allows you to set up budgets for each individual location, and monitor actual spending taking place within each budget.
