After the sale is when the training begins. If you support one of Acorn’s lines of cleaning chemicals or equipment, we will be there to train you and your staff. We can provide in-service training on: restroom sanitation, Right–to-Know, reducing cross contamination, hard floorcare, carpet care and stone care procedures. We are a member of the International Sanitary Supply Association. We use these resources and experience to find solutions for the most difficult maintenance and cleaning problems.
We repair all types of janitorial equipment from a number of well-known manufacturers, and stock a broad variety of parts to help eliminate unnecessary down time. Through our service center, we offer free pick-up and delivery along with reduced rates for equipment repaired at our facility. For your convenience, we offer on-site equipment service and repair.
To help you keep a close eye on your budget and make the most economical purchasing decisions, we provide an online customer purchase analysis tool. This allows you to analyze and review your purchasing history with Acorn – a free service to every customer. You can review your purchases by business location, sales group, sales category, product and purchase date.
To monitor your spending, this tool allows you to set up budgets for individual locations, and monitor actual spending taking place within each budget.
