SERVICE CENTER POLICY
Acorn will process and diagnose the customer's machine and provide an estimate at no charge.
If customer elects to decline repair or it is deemed the machine is uneconomical to repair, a Diagnostic Fee will be charged. If customer chooses to purchase a new replacement machine from Acorn within 1 week of declining the repairs, the Diagnostic Fee will be waived.
A trip charge will be incurred if Acorn has to pick up or service equipment outside of a scheduled visit. A $70.00 trip charge will be applied for service calls in Marion County (IN) or Franklin County (OH) and an additional 54.5¢ per mile will apply for service calls outside of these counties.
