Online Order Guide Features

If you prefer to order online, there are a few features to make your experience more convenient. Please call at any time if you need assistance navigating the Online Catalog or Order Guide.

Defined Users- this feature allows the administrator to define users; standard, approver, reporting, or multi-customer. For example, an approver user views all orders by other users who must receive approval to place orders.

History- this feature allows users to view and easily re-order from the most recent order. To view all orders ever placed or saved orders, click on the 'Orders' tab.

Order Form- this feature accommodates some users unique needs and a user can customize their business's order forms.

Purchase Analysis Tool- located under the 'My Account' tab, this feature allows users to closely monitor spending by product or location.



Purchase Analysis Tool

To help you keep a close eye on your budget and make the most economical purchasing decisions, we provide an online customer purchase analysis tool. This allows you to analyze and review your purchasing history with Acorn – a free service to every customer. You can review your purchases by business location, sales group, sales category, product and purchase date.


To monitor your spending, this tool allows you to set up budgets for each individual location, and monitor actual spending taking place within each budget.  Just click here and log into your account to begin.


Acorn has over 20 delivery vehicles that run Monday - Friday. Our professional drivers deliver products at no charge on orders $250 and over.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges on orders under the $250 minimum. Fuel surcharges apply. To avoid Acorn shipping charges, customers are welcome to pick up orders at our Indianapolis or Columbus locations.



If there is an issue with a product, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. We will resolve the issue in a timely manner.


All returns must be within 60 days of the original purchase date. Credit is subject to inspection, a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Custom manufactured, special orders and used items are not returnable. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Replacement items will be charged back to the customer if defective item is not returned.



Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect for damage or shortage. Record any issue on the freight bill and please contact a Customer Service Representative.


For items that do not fall under manufacturer warranties, we have a service center at our Indianapolis and Columbus locations. Our knowledgeable repair technicians work with all types of janitorial equipment from well known manufacturers for a reasonable rate. To better serve our customers, we have a service van which allows us to service or repair equipment at your location. We stock a variety of parts to help eliminate unnecessary downtime.

locations and pick up your order for free.
